SmolJaemi consists of a vtuber duo, Han and Ash. Han, a "jaemi" maker and their assistant, Ash, that suddenly appeared one day.What is "jaemi" you ask? Well, it's strawberry jam filled with lots of fun and an additional secret ingredient (It’s love ♡)! Whenever we need more ‘fun’ to put into the jam, we play a variety of games. Han is a horror game enthusiast (despite being the biggest weenie out there), so expect quite a few games in this genre from us. Ash is a watch-people-play-games enthusiast and is usually back-seating during stream.We hope you enjoy the stay!

╰› I will have certain amount of slots available depending on the commission. If slots are filled, you will be placed on a waitlist
╰› you can check your position and commission progress through trello❥ You are free to inquire about commissions through Kofi/ DMs/ Discord/ etc, but once I accept your project all communication will be done through email ([email protected]) or Kofi. No exceptions❥ You may request to have the canvas size of your commission changed, but please let me know beforehand. Otherwise, all completed pieces are set to their respective default sizes listed on the page❥ Completed works are provided digitally through google drive
╰› All files will be deleted after some time due to limited space, so please save your commission off the drive as soon as you can❥ All commissions are digital goods and you will not receive a hard copy nor will shipping be required❥ Base prices are fixed and nonnegotiable❥ Additional fees may be applied depending on the commission❥ Turnaround time will be between 3 days to 4 weeks depending on the commission. There is a possibility I may take longer, so if you require the piece done in a certain time frame, a rush fee will be applied
╰› Please do not send me excessive reminders regarding your commission. After 4 weeks, you are more than welcome to poke me about it, but please do not harass me to work faster❥ Usage of your commission for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited
USAGE RIGHTS
My Rights❥ I retain all copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights even after the commission's completion and delivery
╰› I have the right (this includes but is not limited) to display, advertise, and print, the commission and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. twitch) and more unless requested otherwise
╰› If you would like me to keep the commissioned work private for a certain time, please let me knowCommissioner's Rights❥ Commissioners receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to their commission for personal use only
╰› Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels commercially❥ The commissioner is not permitted under any circumstances to resell, claim credit, trace, edit, modify, or copy the artwork whether it be for profit or non-profitCommercial Rights❥ Commissioners are strictly prohibited from using commissions commercially unless the usage right fees have been included
╰› This means usage of the commission on streams, videos and other content, or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform❥ If commissioners would like to use their commissions in monetized content, I will charge you a usage fee of 100%+ of the base price depending on the project/scale of productions
╰› Please contact me if you want to upgrade your commissions to include monetized content rights
╰› Fines will be issued if commissions are used in monetized content without prior consent or usage fees were not paid, typically 3x of the original cost

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

╰› Unless stated otherwise such as through my Kofi❥ Please do not pay until I have sent you an invoice or accepted through Kofi❥ No full refunds if I have started your commission, only 50% will be refunded
╰› Unless the commission is canceled before I begin or I believe I cannot complete it❥ Any attempts at a refund or chargeback after the commission has started and/or completed and delivered will be met with blacklisting from any future commissions and a public notice of your actions
╰› If you need to cancel your commission or any unauthorized refund or chargebacks are issued through your paypal, please contact me immediately
IMPORTANT
❥ I can decline and cancel commissions for any reason❥ Commissioner must be 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf❥ You are required to always give me proper credit to my Kofi or respective socials whenever sharing or reuploading!❥ I own no rights to the commissioner's character/sona or fandom characters❥ Please note that I won't design any characters
